Good intentions for 2014

The new year has begun, and, as tradition dictates, you make a lot of good intentions for the next 12 months, and improve what you have done during the past year.

One of the good intentions could be to spend more time with your loved one, perhaps a romantic week-end for Saint Valentine to live a unique experience in the prestigious Casa del Cioccolato of Perugia: join the new curses of Master's chocolatiers. The course has a duration of 4 hours and it is a very special course for people who want to "jump" into the cake design to the enrichment of chocolate's. It consists of decorating a chocolate cake and complete it with a heart-shaped leaves of chocolate, made with manual tempering.
